How to create a Client Agency (Developer Plan)
On a FeedSync Developer plan, each real estate agency you build or manage a website for is a Client Agency under your own account. Create one for each client first: it's how their feeds, sites and listings are kept separate, and it's how you get in to manage them.
Before you start
You'll need the client's agency name and email, and the name and email of the person at the agency who should be its admin user.
1. Find Client Agencies
Log in to the FeedSync Service. Your own agency's page opens first. Scroll down to Client Agencies: it lists every client, with how many feeds, sites and users each has, and how many of your plan's client slots you've used.

You can also get there from Clients in the menu.
2. Add the client
Press Add Client and fill in:
- Agency Details: the client's agency name and email (required), plus phone and address if you have them.
- Admin User: the name and email of the person who'll look after the account at the agency.
Then press Create Client Agency.

The admin user is emailed an invitation to set their password and log in. Billing and plan limits stay with your account, so the client never needs to pay FeedSync directly.
3. Switch to the client to manage it
From your account you manage every Client Agency, but you don't see a client's listings or sites from your own view. To work on a client, press Switch next to it:

Once you've switched, it's as if you'd logged in as that agency. A dark bar across the top shows which client you're viewing, and you get their Feeds, Sites, Listings and Agents. This is where you set up their feed and connect their website.

Press Back to (top right) to return to your own agency.
Out of client slots?
Each Developer plan includes a number of client slots. When they're all used you'll see Client agency limit reached: buy more slots or upgrade your plan fromBilling.
Next steps
With the client switched to, create their feed with New Feed, then press Email Provider so their CRM starts sending listings. See How does an agency switch on the feed to FeedSync?
