Coudflare Whitelist FeedSync Service

Steps to whitelist the FeedSync Service IP address are:

Open Cloudflare Dashboard → your domain.
Go to Security → WAF.
Look for Tools / IP Access Rules.
Add the IP address, e.g. 209.38.23.243

Set action to Allow.
