How can i setup property alert emails for rentals or for sale property?

We love MailChimps RSS to email service and that is why the listing types are stored in separate post types; property, rental, rural, land, commercial, business, commercial_land. This is so you can configure a separate RSS email for property (residential for sale) and a separate list for your rental alerts. Having all property in one post type is not a good idea as they have different needs and audiences.
