Will this work for bigger companies with multiple agents?

Yes but we recommend the Staff Directory extension as this will enable you quickly set-up multiple staff members and create pages displaying all their listing and post activity on their profile page and be able to use a featured image instead of the default Gravatar. This is why we created extensions as many users will only have 1 or two staff members and we did not load the core plugin with un-necessary features that slow it down.
